Ok so I'm trying to find someone to do a banner for my forum. I got two friends who are geniuses at it but their quite busy with their lives to do it and I'm not going to push for them to make me on. I used to know a few sites where you could join a board and recruit someone to make one but I forget the names of them.
or ill do it... s'up to u... if its for that tattoo forum, ive i got ideas already.
