Hey, I just followed the instructions with the darkcoder release and it didn't work. I copy all the files from the mounted ISO and unmounted, then mounted the mini-image and installed the game from the copy folder setup.exe and it said securom couldn't find the original disk...so I hope this LOLCATS works...I bought the fucking game from STEAM ... but I am such a pirate I just have to see if it works!!!!

Did it his way and works for me.
1) Mount OHW's image into DT 4.10 and install it.
2) After you get Securom message "wrong disk, blah, blah, blah..." DO NOT press "Retry"
3) Download and mount maxi image in the same drive as OHW's image.
removed - warned - no links
4) Now press "Retry"
5) After anoter error mount OHW image back and press "Try again"
5) After update apply crack.
6) Enjoy!!!!

1.Mount/Burn
2.Install
3.Wait until BS will download some files from the Inet and the error message popups
4.Copy or move the whole BS-Folder to a second place
5.Click on the error message
6.Put "paul.dll" & "Boishock.exe" in your install folder. ..\copydir\Builds\Release

Anyone tried modifying any game mechanics yet? Im searching a line for removing or increasing the number of bullets and other stuff you are allowed to carry. Tried searching ConfigINI, but didnt find anything of that kind, only the amount of shit turrets can have. It's just annoying, sometimes i buy crap load of bullets from the vending machines only to find a stack of bullets hiding nearby which i cant pick up. Other times, it seems there are no vending machines or freaking bullets lying around.
Anyways i bought the game last week, and im not disappointed, i dont know if i would shell out 50 bux for it, but 40 wasnt that bad.
Sig too big. -Nothing is too big for Fedor. Expect a nasty armbar.

guys, how do I change my plasmid or tonic setup? it only comes up when I get a new plasmid or tonic...
just read that you switch them at gene banks, when do you come by one of those? I just saved my first Little Sister.

you'll get them soon enough. I don't remember personally as I'm way past that but you'll get to one soon when it's really needed |

It's a great game but i'm starting to get bored with it...same kind of enemies all the time, same daddy's roaaaarrrring, i'm uninstalling it tomorrow...maybe i'm getting old and pc games don't appeal to me anymore.
So, if i had bought it, i would be disappointed now because had spent my hard earned money on something that doesn't give me such pleasure. That's why i like to try before buy and no, demo isn't enough to see  |
I'm actually behind you on that. I buy the games I like. I'm also getting bored of games. I built this rig to handle them then as soon as I get it built, a whole year without shit to play. From the time this comptuer first powered on till we speak now, the only great games I've played was Vegas, Lost Planet, Bioshock and overlord though it got boring quick. So I blame my lack of love in games anymore on the developers for none stop thinking they're going to get by and get away with releasing half finished shit and crap they spent no time on. Though I must say, the rest of this year if everything stays to plan, we got a lot of games to look out for  |

ive got tf2 to look forward too.. weeeeee... original tf gave me years of fun... im starting to think online games are the only games really worth the money these days, because they keep me entertained for soooo long... i really get my moneys worth... damn i cant wait for tf2, gonna be so fricken sweet. i wonder if it'll be sold standalone on steam or if valve will insist on having it only part of the orange box... hope i dont have to buy all that shit just to get one good game... though portal does look interesting.
anyway downloading bioshock now... not sure what version, hope the crack works with it *shrugs* if not, then atleast the torrent is fast'ish

On the site that lists torrents that ends with a z, there is a release that has the most seeds. I tried installing and when it gave me "dont use a backup" message, I copied the BS folder to another location. paul.dll exists but bioshock.exe doesnt. Did I do something wrong or does OHW do it differently?

Not sure why so many people are having problems with the game crashing while loading saves and such.
The game has not crashed on me once, and I got pretty far, killed my first big daddy, but I did that while re-loading save spots just to see what different plasmids do when I buy them from the little vending machine.
I re-loading saved games a lot, not one crash here or problem of any kind. I'm using OHW's version with the crack. No problems for me.
Maybe the crashes are related to the kind of hardware being used?

yes it does, i am playing with onhitwonder release + the Bioshock Crack-ScenePwned
and the widescreen fix 1.2 is working, Just make shure you dll the latest one

That's pretty start =) Just killed my third big daddy. The second one is where the first and third comes in neptune that is just couple minutes away. Now that neptune place is this 2-Fisheries.bsm I'd bet and it's 3rd out of 15 levels. So there is 5 times as much to go and for me it makes at least 18 hours, as I've played ~3 hours now.
I'd go for hardware related too, worked fine so far. Saved plenty of times, loaded only once (when I took a break).
