Dude, get one of those devices that split input signal (whatever they are called), and connect the monitor to that device. Then connect your 8600 to the device, connect the 360 to the device and switch the input to whatever you want to use.

No, if you get a basic device, it shouldn't be expensive. By basic I mean two VGA inputs (or VGA+DVI for that matter).

Should do the job, right?

2^8 * 2^8 * 2^8 = 256 * 256 * 256 = 16,777,216
This is what you get in CRTs and the good panels.
2^6 * 2^6 * 2^6 = 64 * 64 * 64 = 262,144
This is the number of colors you get with a TN panel. You can't argue against it, it's a plain, known fact. Dithering tries to compensate but it's doing a piss-poor job when compared to the real thing.
262,144 / 16,777,216 = 0.015625 = 1.5% of what you expect to get. 
So tell me again, how did you count those "16millions gorgeous colors it has?"

My friend...I'm not even going to bother replying again to another of your posts. It's not me who needs to be educated...it's you...try to see some good reviews of good quality sites and not the ignorant sites that you might probably see. I'm sorry but you do not have a point saying that Samsung is whatever you are trying to say it is. If you don't have sites to see reviews of the monitor, google it...you will find thousands of sites and not a single one complaining about that monitor.

So you can't think for yourself and look at the hard facts, you need some stupid review "of good quality sites" to say it's good, and you just believe them? Jeez...
