mds for full install. Still need to activate. If you have *.iso, just rename it to mdf. Setup will download all patches.

what card you using now ? unless you got 8800 GTS or 8800GTX i would upgrade to one of those instead of a second one of whatever you have .

Right, and if you've already got a 8800GTS/X you still don't need another one since Bioshock will be running perfectly (and anyway, there will soon be cards faster than 2 8800GTX in SLI, that's always been the case with newest cards)

No i have a 8600GT Laughing

And putting 2 of these in SLI would be waaaay cheaper than an 8800GTS although it would not have the same performance i think

sort of my point , i say selling the 8600gt now that its still worth something and get a single 8800gts Smile

but this is something we better discuss in the hardware section

i still not able to play this game since buying it yesterday Demo worked fine... but for some reason on the full game... about 20 seconds after getting in the base... the game freezes and pc resets. This is with the new drivers and the older drivers. Also i think the new drivers have a problem with my pc as when i install them... after restart when installed... my pc freezes or if it dont.... i notice it still hasnt installed the drivers or nvidia cp... until after a second restart Intel Core2 Quad Q8300 Asus P5N-E SLI Asus ENGTX 480 4GB 6400

No, the game has many bugs, check the official forums (also the Steam ones). It happened after the 2K removed the SecuROM.
