This Demo Rocks hard!. Long mission, and you sort a get to try out the goodies, well not all, but a few. definitely worth the bandwidth...if its not to slow of course

Just a small tip. When you are told to take the gas station, stay there until the gun emplacements are finished (its not totally clear what to do) you will see the bar sort a building up (smaller white circular markers close to the target area).

WOW. What a great game this is going to be. The graphics are fantastic and the gameplay is spot on. Can't wait for this to come out.

So is the demo an improvement to the beta? In diversity and overall gameplay?

Yes!! WiC FTW!!

Finally a good successor to Generals, didn't like Act of War. This looks amazing, cannot wait until the Demo is done downloading. Off to Gamespot to read up on this one so I don't spam the forums with unnecessary banter. BioShock topic anyone?! LOL!

I'd like to know why you cant save or even pause a skirmish match, I cant even get up to go to the bathroom without knowing I'm probably going to lose because of it, plus I cant reload at nuke points to try out and watch different angles.

because skirmish match is basicaly emulated multiplayer via bot opponents & it could be also that its just demo & they didn't think having a save feature for a demo was relevant... who knows...the one thing I do no is you can save your replay of the match after & watch it from any angle you want....for those who dont know F10 will hide the interface & you can just sit there & watch the battle in all its glory...

I can't even start the demo, a Securom 7000 error keeps popping up. I've disabled Daemon, I can't figure out what it can be. I'm sure other people in here run Daemon and have gotten the demo running.

This is ridiculous that the protection would come on a demo.

This is always like this, to avoid the use of the executable for a crack over the final game. I have daemon tools on and no problem with it, should be something else.

Hmmm. Alright, thanks for the info. Now I better see what else I may have installed in the past that could be screwing with it.
