There is no news for the game, and maybe we will not see or hear anything about it for months. At the earliest it probably won't be out until late 2008. So maybe this topic was started prematurly, because all I can say as well is:

I know (although the point of the topic was to announce that there actually will be a sequel), but I'm bored with yet another topic with 80% of the posts saying
"I love that" or "Looking forward to it" and then 200 following "me too!"
Sometimes I think the InterNet is populated to 99% with morons.
Specially irritating when you have to browse through the shit in search for some real news or at least a post of interest.

there will be probably 2 reveals of upcoming games by Illusion Soft. One will be very expected Mafia2 (Godfather by EA can go eat shit, honestly) and second one probably will be this one:

Squad based shooter put in modern era in Call Of Duty style. Is it pretty sure its under development, unsure is if its will be revealed this GCC in Leipzig or later.

Nice....hopefully this time around, they add co-op like they promised was coming for the first one. But it was a good game with a great plotline and dialogue (a rarity in the games industry, IMHO) so I'll forgive 'em and buy the second one if they make it as good or better than the first one.
And no damn hard-as-hell racing mission this time!

Why is everyone complaining about the race mission?
That was the easiest mission in game..
Did it on first try with the other people far behind me.. :\

Because it was too damn hard. But this was fixed on patch 1.2 or 1.3, so maybe you played it with that patch? |

Same for me, completed it with no problems on first and try without any patch.
Think I used a gamepad though.

mafia was good game for the race.. i finished it without the patch...but first time the car fall down trough the ground but i dont know any game without a bugs...

but i need to buy a new PC anyways.... at least for CRYSIS,hehe!
the overall power of the 360 is not bad and i think MAFIA would look and play great on both platforms...look at BIOSHOCK,there is no difference between PC and the 360 version!

lol @ people who cant keep up with the times.. since its a very recent game it should look better or just as good as e.g Crysis etc, its not like its gonna be out in a week. Screens are good but not amazing if you compare to e.g Crysis.
