hi i am getting the famous grinding noise from from my 360 dvd drive:

i get this noise just as i exit a game to dashboard, so its when the disk is stopping spinning, its flashed with latest firmware! i use verbs.

so i am after a link to a tutorial to fix the isssue, any help would be great thx
