mods aside (Which IMHO will allow cheats and exploits and ruin the experience on the PS3)
The 360 version will have a better frame rate, better lighting, and better online support than the PS3 version. It will also probably have better textures. And yes all of this is hearsay but it based on the track record of multi platform games.
So far not one multi platform game has been better on the PS3 than the 360. I dont tsee this changing anytime soon.
360 and PC will be great, PS3 will be lackluster as usual.

Yeah most of them do, but a simple fact can decide that games on Xbox 360 look better - FSAA. PS3 has problems with most games and FSAA, and also textures are mostly a bit more blurry on PS3, and special effects are less special... I'm no fanboy of any platform, I like PS3 and Xbox 360 equally, but almost every game I've seen looks better on Xbox 360 then on PS3. Maybe it's because Xbox 360 is longer on the market, maybe PS3 is just slower I don't know and I don't care. When it comes to multiplatform games I'll probably always choose Xbox 360, unless PS3 is superior. On the other hand I'm really looking forward to PS3 exclusives, cause I like to play fantasy games and such. Xbox 360 has mostly different kinds of shooters ;]

Yeah check out reviews of games that have come out on both consoles, it's often the case that the 360 version has superior graphics and/or frame rate.

I have both and I think at the moment Xbox 360 is a better choice for gamers. Next year PS3 will for sure do much better, but I don't think it'll ever "outstand" Xbox 360, probably just become equal to it...
Bluray was a great choice, but when it comes to the overall performance and quality it changes almost nothing... Bluray discs only provide better looking videos, cause the computing power of PS3 doesn't allow processing of big textures, many effects and stuff like that... More content for games can be fit on two DVD9, I don't mind swaping a disc during play.
About the linux - I have a computer for that... I want my console to be a console I don't want it to change into a Computer, cause I have a computer to be a computer 
And about the game, it'll be the best on PC, there's no denying that ;]

Hmmm is this safe to play online since the release date is in like two weeks in the US, whens the release date for UK??? I dont know though, I think everyone plays them before release date and no one gets banned??? correct?

Friday is the release date in the uk ,
People who bought it will probably get it early / mid this week
