http://www.overclockers.co.uk/ works fine for me, but without www I get an error. Upcoming PC games 2009 and onwards Bravery is not a function of firepower.

they probably didnt get more support as there buisness got bigger, they used to be good a few years back even if they werent the cheapest. i find the smaller retailers have the best support, you know the ones who just have some small shop somewhere but they have a website to, they can often have some really good deals aswell
