It was ok for two shipments out of UK. But, their lame 2kg quota on shipments is pathetic.

they probably didnt get more support as there buisness got bigger, they used to be good a few years back even if they werent the cheapest.

i find the smaller retailers have the best support, you know the ones who just have some small shop somewhere but they have a website to, they can often have some really good deals aswell
