Two unofficial patches were found on ATARI's public ftp servers. 1.64A which is an early version that doesn't work on-line, and 1.66A which works perfectly on-line, giving you full(?) functionality and the two new cars, plus any fixes that were made until that particular build.

It's funny how the bitterness of a moderator can get you banned from a forum that you've contributed so much to. One day I'm nominated by a co-member to be a moderator in the ATARI Europe forums, next day a sarcastic post on thread locking gets me banned by a moderator I've disagreed with previously on PM.
Funny how also all bans from other moderators come with an announcement (You've been banned) and an explanation on why the ban was given, still all I got was my post deleted and no explanation on why I've been banned.
Fellow members from the forums, at least 5 of them, have questioned the moderators on why I was banned after all my contribution, and the moderator (I know who it is, I'm sure of it) that banned me has smartly avoided the question.
I know this is completely irrelevant to this thread, and many of you will flame me for this post, but since I see people from the TDU forums come over here too, I just felt like I had to let it out in case someone reads it.

Leftos I really cant beleive you got a ban there are alot of peeps who are really anoyed about it m8, pluss yesterday Atari put another patch up on there web site some guy put a link up with his 1st post and got a ban from Benson saying he was causing unrest in the comunity

The server has most prob melted due to all the bans the mods dish out, I have never seen a forum like it they are a waste of time

TEST DRIVE UNLIMITED PC-DVD PATCH NOTES
Anti Cheat measures implemented throughout the game
Fully reworked save system. Profiles can not be corrupted anymore (note: players will not be able to load a corrupted savegame.)
Fixed crashes and improved stability everywhere in the game
Fixed bug when a 'New game' is created with an online profile (remanent information)
Improved online code (better management of lobbies, optimization of freeride sessions, “isolate” feature of the free ride improved)
Fixed various bugs in drive in (linked with scores and cars)
Fixed traffic cars flying around
Fixed bug on multi-threading code
Fixed some crackering/stuttering sound issues
Fixed bugs in photo mode
Fixed some corruption on car graphics
Improved volume balance and bass power
Looks like they spent all this time not really fixing much at all, some people are saying the stuttering etc is still in the game.

Yup and this patch made my game unworkable.
If i replace V1.66 exe by Old cracked >>> i need to update game (popup inside tdu)
If not , game wont launch ...

Shit, it has an updated Securom and everything is blacklisted. I am using the maxi clone by poseden and I can't get it to run.
