Hello friends, i wanted to share with you my feeling of sadness that comes from understandings that the persons that i love more in my life and from whom i am loved more, had some part in damaging my life, and theirs too.
I'm talking about the so discussed health problems, those that come from eating bad and way too much and the incapacity of understanding the problem and trying to resolve it.
I finally understand, accepted my problem and i'm losing weight, doing movement, feeling better and slowly getting in form with my body and feeling way much better.
I feel sadness because these persons that love me so much didn't ever understood that and for tens of years damaged in a substantial way all of our lives, mine and theirs.
I feel even more sadness because i am not able to let them understand that.
That they are not late to better their lives and live the rest of their lives feeling better, healthier.
I love them so much, even if theirs fault for part of my health problems i forgive them because i know they love me so much and they always did everything in the best intention.
I feel sadness because i cannot help them understand things and help them out.
I feel absolutely impotent.
Understanding things is helping me but it's not helping me to help my dearest persons.
Why they don't understand ? Why ?? Why people so many times don't even try to understand things and ignore them just as they don't exist ???

it's not in my intention to bring sadness to you,
any comment however is appreciated.

You are/where fat? And your wife and kids are still fat? Or who are we talking about, your parents?
Is this correct?

Beary: How about we kill them, and then rape their bodies so we can use their blood as lubricant.

Because they are close-minded, they are too lazy and hate to think in a deferint way but their own.

People can never truly understand each other, number.It's a fact of life I'm afraid you'll have to learn how to cope with.
Probably the worst thing you could do is trying to force your opinion on them.When push comes to shove they'll just have to find out for themselves.

Many people don't want to think negatively about themselves. So if they have a problem they just ignore it.
You should know how it works, you were unhealthy too for a long time. It takes something to change your view, and it's not just someone saying they should change their life. I'm sure people have told you before you weren't healthy, but you didn't listen either.

Not true. He's just more open about himself than the others. Not all of us are all 6' 4" and 220lbs and dating a supermodel and have a super job/car/house.

Thanks to all for your comments, however swingman has the most true vision about who i am.
I am neither crazy nor a mental unstable dude, just someone that likes to talk openly about nearly everything: from computers to videogame, from girls to things that makes me think about.
Since there is a forum part where "take a load off, we are here to listen", well these are my load offs then, if someone wants to hear and talk to me about these things too well otherwise no prob.
Yes i was talking about my parents that don't understand that getting so fat like they are is a serious problem to their health. And that they "helped" getting me nearly as fat as they, fortunately in the last year i understood that it was bad for me and i lost quite a lot of weight. I tried to get them understand but without succeeding, and so i complain about this, about the people that don't understand what is good for them, even if you desperately try to convince them because you know it's the right thing.
@ Rinze: thanks, you made me think about that in my case I was the one to understand my problem and I was the one to start correcting them. Prolly it's only a marginal help to try to convince others of their errors, if they don't want or are not able to understand it's just nearly useless.
