Another load off in less than 24 hours 
A brief example of what i mean with "ignorant and ungrateful people": some days ago a friend of one of my colleagues was troubled with some problems on his pc. My colleague asked me if i could help him out, as usual i said of course, i will try. So he contacted me by an i.m. prog. He had some guy accessing his computer and his accounts. My advise was trying to discover potential malware on his pc, than thinking about putting on a keylogger on his own pc and see if someone access it. He was an absolute noob, unable even to install a simple anti malware prog all by himself (he kept bombarding me with "what means the installation directory" or similar questions). So i KINDLY advised him to first get some practice in general pc use and understanding what are viruses, malware and so on. I always kindly gave him some links with knowledge about all of those things, telling him that after that i would have assisted him in installing some anti malware progs and then using them and finally installing some monitor prog.
After say 5 minutes he came back with "ok i read it all" ... they were tens of pages with tons of links ... and with "ok now can we install the program that monitor my pc for intruders ?"
The last thing before exploding was "hey friend but how did you read and undestood all of that in so little time ? and didn't i told you that first we would have to remove potential malware prior to trying to monitor your pc ?" all of this in a still kindly way.
He answered me "what are you saying ? i'm not interested in that. tell me how to prove that bastard is accessing my pc ! YOU HAVE TO TELL ME ! YOU HAVE TO HELP ME !".
I exploded.
Firstly a nice fuck off to my colleague for all of this, than an inevitable serie of harsh words to that low level moron that harrassed me for nearly an hour without even trying to understand what i was telling him !
I HAVE HELP YOU ? WTF are you saying ? I HAVE TO ? I let you imagine the rest ... i would have battered him with a spiked club in the teeth if i could have the possibility !
SO ... excusing me for the lenght of some of my posts ... my question is ...
How can such a ignorant, dumb, ungrateful and arrogant kind of useless and brainless moron inhabit our world ??? How can they be so so so i don't even know other words to define them !!??!!??
And, once again in this kind of things, is that in the end i was the "bad guy" for both of them ! My colleague told me "hey but why you didn't help him out ? you were so harsh with him ! why ???" ...
No comment.

Probably i didn't explain well. That's the kind of people that pretend to be helped in doing something in 2 minutes without ever trying to participate and learn something. That's why i got angered.
@ Nakitu:
I never said i'm a pc wizard. And i will never said so.
When i ask for help i listen to the kind persons that try to help me out, trying to do what they advise me.
And forgive me once more, perhaps i said somewhere in my posts that i DON'T help a lot of people with step to step operations ? Indeed i do ! Everyday and at the best of my knowledge !
That said, probably i used wrong words, however i meant ignorant because it was just ignorant (literally not knowing something not like an offence), i said arrogant because he was just pretending that i helped him in zero time (and i was working meantime, i stopped working for helping him), and finally ungrateful because he didn't follow anything of what i did him to do and he began to tell me that i didn't want to help him out when i was from an hour trying to help him, without ever doing what i was telling him ! How can i help someone if he doesn't follow anything of what i am telling him to do ?
If i say you "ok now let the prog xxx update" and you don't do so, even explaining you the reasons, how can i help you out in doing something ? Wouldn't you get angered by that ? Wouldn't you ask him "what the hell are you asking my help if you don't listen to me and if you don't do what i tell you ?".
I hope to have explained a bit.

Just get use to it. There are a lot of morons out there, and there is nothing you can do.
Ive also met such kind of people, even if you explain it to them a hundred time they wont get it. Just smile at them, and say listen if you want to learn somthing from me.

Sometimes it's so hard to try to help someone and than ... it happens that in the end you are seen as the bad guy while you had good intentions in the beginning.

You know what happened after that day ?
That "nice" dude (while i was busy talking at the phone at work) dropped me exactly 4 lines in messenger saying:
1) hey who are you (yes he didn't remember he contacted me)
2) where you get my contact and why i have you in my list (as above)
3) (while i always were at the phone, all in exactly 3 minutes) hey answer me !
4) fuckoff (literally, then he quit)
I let you imagine my surprise and anger ... i remained calm and simply ignored him ... some people probably really need some harsh treatment to understand things ...
What a nice experience it was, ironically speaking ...

Some thing you need to understand is that some people are morons for life.. even if they lived 500 years they'd still be morons, don't waste your time with them more than twice.
I kinda understand how you feel, it's like we take the time and patience to help and teach something and the person who asked for our help in the first place doesn't even have the patience to listen, it pisses me off too.

@ Butt_Surfer: those are exactly the way i feel, and in the end i'm very sad for how they behave towards me, and like i said before the worst of all things is that as soon as you get just a bit angry at them, for example when they pretend the less-than-a-second-answer, you automatically became the "bad guy" ...
@ stuart2004stuart: uhm maybe just a little too ... drastic ? however if i could i would gladly give him a few kicks "where it counts"

You should have helped him to install prog and then tell him what to press to start scan.I get in contact with people who dont know shit about PC every day and i manage to help them with their problem. Its not that hard.Sorry to break youre bubble but only one here who is ignorant, dumb, ungrateful and arrogant is you.
