I would hardly say that it's a world new event. I bet it's not even on British news let alone anyone one elses. The reason I put it here is because we all use cash machines and I think it would be an interesting subject to discuss.

I hope cash never fully dissappears,i dislike everything being digital and
plastic.Being able to hold what youve earned in your hands somehow
feels more satisfying,just my 2 cents.

I am never ever getting a credit card. Not only do the greedy fucks who run the credit card companies have extra long cocks with which to shaft you, but having a card also BREEDS impulse purchases. Seriously, if i want something, but i don't want it quite strongly enough to walk to the nearest cash machine, then i don't need it.

Credit card are good tho because if you purchase something ahead of time and the company goes bankrupt the credit card company will refund the money for you. No so if you pay cash.
I bought bedroom furniture which was over $2500. It should of been delivered within 1 month instead it took 3 months and lots of angry phone calls. I was one of the last customers to get their stuff before they closed their doors. I had 3 friends that bought from them that never got their stuff and they never got a dime back. In a way mine was almost insured.
Don't give the greedy fuckers money by paying off your balance every month so no interest. And don't take your credit card to the bar........

Debit cards are fine though. I don't want to carry around large amounts of money if I want to make an expensive purchase.

Truer words never spoken. I don't understand how people can charge up so much useless shit on their cards and then spend the rest of their lives paying it off one minimum payment at a time.
America has a real problem with this...kinda sad how in over their heads people get with credit cards. Basic needs are one thing....but 50,000 in credit card debt...wow.
I myself have never paid a dime in interest on my cards and would sooner hang before I give Visa any extra. Fuck em.
