yeh theres only that one ending as far as i can tell, as an ending i liked it, kinda left it open and you decide for yourself what happens to jackie or maybe you can read the comics to find out, was a touching moment though at the end definitely.

I am really liking this game. Even the easy difficulty with full auto aim is challenging enough. I have lost count of the number of times I have dies, but I still feel like continuing on. It hasnt happened much recently.

Hmm yeah I'm playing on normal and I'm not definitely not a bad console shooter player, but died a whole lot during the first few sections. Now it's not bad anymore, you just have to make sure that you stay in the shadows and have darkness mode on (which gives you the darkness shield to absorb damage) and stay in cover to recharge your darkness energy after you've taken a few hits.
I also didn't use the creeping dark a lot at first, but it's extremely powerful. Creeping dark is always a one-hit kill, so you can kill some guys pretty easily with it that would normally kick your ass in 2 seconds or so with automatic weapons.

you are absolutely right...The beginning level was really tough which is why I set to easy but now I cant go back to normal without starting the game again. Thats one thing I liked about Gears of War, you could change difficulty whenever you resumed from a checkpoint.

I'm stuck too, and it´s probably easy to get by but I just can´t figure out how..

use the "demon arm" power on that bell...and you can pull it out of the way!

Stop being such an asshole and please don't flame me now, technical section is mostly full of people with problems, and less of people with solutions.
There is a problem with this game/release, some people have dirty disc errors even though they're burning it right, have the right .dvd file and using different burners and burning programs. I've never had a dirty disc error before, and this is the only game i'm constantly having it with, even though i've reburnt it multiple times with different programs and speeds.
So what if someone asks for technical help here, is that the end of the world? More people check this thread, than the thread in the technical section. I love this game, and I really want to solve this problem because of that reason.
If you're so annoyed by these kinds of replies, just don't read 'em.

I have burnt the game the way it's meant to be burnt, so stop being such an asshole. Every single game except for this one works perfectly, and i'm burning it the same way i'm burning every other game. I don't get why you have to be so rude about it. I am discussing the game, the fact that I love it and can't play it to it's fullest. So please, if you're that annoyed just don't read my reply, just ignore me.

It's not hard to understand and i'm not stupid, i'm just entertained with the fact that you're being such a dick about it instead of just ignoring me, there's a button for it.
I've already written in technical (actually did that yesterday) and obviously you're directing your anger towards the wrong person, i'm not the person who argued with you before.

Just found my first sidequest I think:

The train had just dropped me off right next to the cemetry, and as this is the only holy place I can think of, it seems the right place to me? However Ive looked all around the cemetry,tried everything I can think of, and I just cant find a way to kill myself. My note still just says go to holy ground and commit suicide. Am I even in the right place? 
press back and follow your objectives how clearer can it get?
and by the time u reach the peak of your darkness powers u can use it for about 2 minutes wihtout retracting back
