Based on the comments where I found this file it seems to be completely empty, zero filled to take up some amount of disk space but I guess it could be compressed with winrar or similar and if the file size shrinks down to a few KB's then it would be quite easy to prove this.

that 'games for windows' packaging is ugly... why ruin it with that stupid windows advertising bar at the top... id love to see crysis get a nice deluxe packaging worthy of the game... i know ill spend more time looking at the screen than at the box, but id still like a really nice package... the last 2 gta games... now THOSE were good game packages... publishers could learn a thing or two from the gta pc releases...
all this being said, get rid of that stupid windows thing at the top, and thats a pretty sweet looking design, regardless if its real or not... the use of colour, the pose, design... looks really sweet... would look even sweeter if it was embossed on a cardboard cover!
