Sam.and.Max.Season.1-Unleashed
617.7 MB
Spoiler: | P R E P A R E T O B E U N L E A S H E D ! !
Sam & Max : Season 1 (C) Telltale Games
Release Date : 06-16-2007 Protection : Custom check
Release Type : CD Game Genre : Adventure
Release Notes:
Episode 1:
In the premiere episode, "Culture Shock," the season kicks off with a
gang of wayward child television stars wreaking havoc all over the
neighborhood, so the commissioner calls in Sam & Max, everyone's
favorite dog and hyperkinetic rabbity-thing, to put a stop to their
antics and save the day! Are these pint-sized perps acting alone or is a
more sinister plot bubbling beneath the surface?
To get to the bottom of this ever-thickening plot, you'll have to hit
people over the head, shoot stuff, drive around like a maniac, fake a
mental illness, and much, much more. Don't say we didn't warn you
because Sam & Max are on the case!
Featuring:
All-new story and gameplay
Fully interactive 3-D environments
Side-splitting interrogation, manical driving, and all-natural
detectivey, puzzle-solving goodness including how to fake a mental
illness
Hysterical animated shorts leading up to Episode 2
Episode 2:
Episode 2, "Situation: Comedy" begins with Sam & Max being called to a
local TV studio to investigate a hostage situation occuring on a talk
show set. Unfortunately, the host won't let Sam & Max on to her stage
until they've proven they have enough celebrity clout to earn a spot on
her set. So how do our duo claim their 15 minutes of fame? That's up to
you.
"Situation: Comedy" introduces new locations, new characters, a new
musical score and of course, plenty of new bizarre scenarios to play
through. But don't worry, there's also tons of Sam & Max's trademark
humor and you might just recognize a familiar face or two.
Episode 3:
Episode 3, "The Mole, The Mob, and The Meatball" starts with a call from
the commissioner with a hot new case. It turns out theres big trouble
at Ted E. Bear's Mafia-Free Playland and Casino. Believe it or not, this
Mafia-Free Playland is somehow not actually mafia-free. In fact, the
casino is run by a slew of vicious gangsters wearing decidedly unvicious
teddy bear heads. Ted E. Bear has been rumored to be the head of the
infamous Toy Mafia for some time now and is already under
investigatinon, but the mole that was to discover the nature of his
illicit activities has gone missing and its up to Sam & Max to find
him. In order for Sam & Max to find the mole and ultimately put a stop
to the Toy Mafias evil plans, theyll need to go undercover and join
the Toy Mafia!
Episode 3 introduces new locations, new characters, new minigames, and
of course, plenty of all-new bizarre scenarios to play through. Of
course, theres always tons of Sam & Maxs trademark humor and the
reappearance of a familiar face or two, so dive in to The Mole, The
Mob, and The Meatball.
Episode 4:
Episode 4, "Abe Lincoln Must Die" starts with a call from the
commissioner with a hot new case. The President of the United States has
gone insane. He's passing tons of crazy laws ranging from
federally-mandated group hugs to an embargo on pudding. Whats next
gun control? Sam & Max head off to Washington D.C. to stop him, but once
they enter the White House, the political climate only gets stormier.
Episode 4 introduces new locations, new characters, and plenty of
all-new bizarre scenarios to play through. Of course, theres always
tons of Sam & Max's trademark humor and the reappearance of a familiar
face or two, so dive in to "Abe Lincoln Must Die."
Episode 5:
Episode 5, "Reality 2.0" begins with a looming Internet crisis and with
a viral videogame thats actually holding its players hostage. In order
to save the day, Sam & Max will need to slip into a new reality. Will
our heroes be able to crack this virtual case in time to avoid a
worldwide system failure? Only time will tell.
Episode 5 introduces new locations, new characters, and plenty of
all-new bizarre scenarios to play through. Of course, theres always
tons of Sam & Maxs trademark humor and the reappearance of a familiar
face or two, so dive in to "Reality 2.0."
Episode 6:
The Season Finale, "Bright Side of the Moon" confirms that what
initially appeared to be a few isolated cases of hypnosis is in fact the
tip of the iceberg of a massive mind control conspiracy of global
proportions. This manipulative master plan has already infiltrated the
media, the mafia, the United States government, and even the Internet
itself. Now, its up to Sam & Max to storm a bizarre lunar paradise in
order to confront the mastermind behind the nefarious plot and save the
world from an eternity of perpetual bliss.
The sixth and final episode of Sam & Max: Season 1 introduces new
locations, new characters, and plenty of all-new bizarre scenarios to
play through. Of course, there's always tons of Sam & Max's trademark
humor and the reappearance of a familiar face or two, so launch into
"Bright Side of the Moon."

It's good to see the complete season in one package. I thought episode 6 was lame but overall, very nice game.

this is probably the RETAIL release, that is different to telltale's own season 1 compilation, with the bunches of extras
but this also has some stuff that their own compilation won't have
from the telltale blog;
Quote: | The Adventure Company and JoWooD have announced some details about their North American and European retail releases of Season 1, which will be hitting store shelves (with a resounding smack) in August. Read all about it in the official press release.
Season 1 customers: This retail release is not the same as the DVD we're working around the clock to bring to you as soon as humanly possible. There's a little overlap, and then there's some stuff that's only on our DVD and some that's only on the retail release. And, you know, we didn't plan it this way, but it might mean that some of you die-hards out there end up getting them both. I know I would. But I'm a crazy fangirl that way. |

When you get it, please post if it is worth the money. Don't wanna spend another 10$ on something I already bought...
