That's funny... Because in my vocabulary, "big busted" means just that, "big breasted".
And "busted" can also mean "caught", as in "You're busted pal!" or that something is "broken" like in "Oh man! It's busted!".
There are of course more definitions of "bust" out there but...

I tried a few times and suddenly it worked.
Decent game, good animations, decent graphics. Some hours fun can be found if you into the hole "building a hospital" thing

Is it even close to the fun Theme Hospital was? I have extremely fond memories of that game, one of the best and most fun management games I've ever played.

There is some funny moments, like someone is haveing the "Explosive sneeze" they start exploding with snot every few seconds.

Could be a interesting game and as usual Procyon uses some really weird text in their NFO file.
(Shouldn't have visitied that link in the NFO but what's done is done.  )
NFO, could be a fun read or something but as usual there's quite a bit of racism in it:

story, same shitty gameplay, oh god. why o why companies
make this crap?
Well, perhaps Codemasters realises soon this was a shitty
game to produce, just like they finally realised StarForce
is true crap, and replaced it with SecuRom (yes, we double
checked our a-ray  )
Anyway, this release is NOT allowed to be used by game-cracking
groups since they all suck. We are the true juggernaut. You
game cracking shitgroups are secretly muslim and cant afford
games yourself, cheap fucks.
