hi all

ive this serious problem with my computer when trying to use the tv as a moniter
what it is everything installs correct drivers,screen everything but its black n white.
so i try changing the region and video setings in the nvidia control panel but nopthing
heres the weird bit.
when i goto uninstall the drivers and restart as everything is restarting theres colour on videos everything but the second i try installing a nvidia driver it all goes blank n white again
ive tryed different drivers everytrhing but still the same any1 got any help for me please?
its goto be a driver issue but ive tryed 3 different sets as it is old and new 1 ive tryed driver cleaner,booting into safe mode but im still getting a black n white picture Sad

1.IS your TV black and white Razz

2.What driver number ?

3.What kind of Geforce you have ?

4.What kind of a TV ?

5.IF i understand correctly when you run your GFX on the default driver you have color on the TV ?

6.What windows do you use Vista or XP ?

Are you using a scart socket to connect to your tv? If yes, then a lot of scart tvs don't support s-video.

There's an easier solution, i had the same issue, the solution i found was a S-Video to Composite adaptor, it's really small (only has 2 or 3 components inside) and really cheap (about $1)

This one with DVI


or

This one with TV-out


cards with TV-out have your problem

tested this card and found your bug , what TV you have a PAL of a NTSC , on default drivers it sets the tv on PAL but on drivers its sets to PAL/G



just set your TV format and this problem is fixed
