did anybody manage to install the Hatred release on Vista. I am getting a crc error after the installation starts copying files. It installed fine on my XP partition though.

Yap .. on Vista Ultimate ... worked fine and the game too.

You have to have the grapple and your guns already, if you don't have the grapple you get it in the garden with the sundial piece. To break the floor you'll see a statue hanging in the air, it has 4 (I think) ropes holding it up, follow the ropes to where they're tied to the wall and shoot them.

You use the box so that you don't have to climb all the way around to get up on the balcony. Which one is the last? You have to grapple the statue's spear and pull it down so you can jump onto the balcony for one of them. The others are pretty straight forward.

I believe that if you turn slightly right from where you are in the screenshot you can jump onto the boards and crawl along them.

For those who were wondering : press release savegames aren't compatible with retail version (hatred).
The files' size does differ, there is a TRA icon now, a NVIDIA logo and a different font.
Those are the only things I noticed, but I quit after the intro.

This is easy... you need to play with the water level AND theres a floating device down there. Look more closely. Lara can climb down there and up again...

Yes, ive been down, but you need to get those box's over the weight panels.
So release it, but theres no way to get the box's down there!
Its impossible, im on my 7th hour or trying!

you can get the first box down there... and with the help of that box you can get the second one (the 2nd one is shown on your picture).
Don't know how exactly did the developers think how the 1rst box should be accessed but I did it like this:
I filled the room with water. Then I went near the first box. There I saw some stairs (half of them where under water). Lara dint want to climb there but with some "shift and space" she got onto the stares and there I was able to jump next to the box And bush it where I wanted it to go.
You can get the 2nd box (that one that i c on your picture) by that floating device you get when you use the 1rst box.

I dont get you, i've filled the room with water, but there are no stairs.
I can't climb onto anything, because they are all so high up. So im just swimming around randomly.

I get where you mean now, it wouldn't let me get up/climb there either, without really slamming onto the keys and trying to manipulate it, to let her climb up.

Hey guys, I am passed the Atlas door in Greece. Can you tell me how to avoid getting run over by the sphere over the statue after shooting the two buttons? Also I climb up to one side of the corridor to turn one switch but I can't seem to climb up to the other switch.

HANG ON, I HAVE THE BOX FLOATING NOW, BUT I CANNOT MOVE IT OR MANOUVURE IT AROUND THE WATER SURFACE TO GET TO THE 2ND BOX!?
