it's a recurring skit in the japanese tv-show 'vermilion pleasure night'
composed exclusively of fucked up shit like that
i couldn't find more than a few skits on youtube, so i got the dvd of the first two episodes.. they're made of awesome
some of the skits are quite boring though, but still sufficiently bizzare
