pro evo 6 on a 42 inch hd plasma on live class, 7 will be better though

Nah listen mate I am not bothered about xblive I have had GOLD for a while but didnt renew it a while back and have just now and again created a 1 month freebie account for a bit of PGR3 online or to get a demo a bit before the silver users get it but I really wouldnt miss it I accepted when I modded my box just like with the 1st one that it may get banned one day I modded by 360 so I could use pirated software and nothing else using copies on live was a bonus that I wasnt used to anyway from the xbox1 days.
I can understand people been dissapointed if its something they enjoy but if you enjoy it that much you will get another 360 or pull a scam at a shop to get one thats unmodded (just bork your own 360 and buy a new one then take it back as its faulty get your money back)
For me the 360 is and always has been about the games in single player I use my pc for online if I want it.

Rolling out bans is a fact, just use your brain (if you happen to have one). Many people were logged in and playing with modified firmware during the day and days after the bans hit - they weren't banned until later, while other people were banned instantenously.
