Getting it now, it´s over 20 GB large so it will take a while to get it but i´ll waste a Disc and try it on my PAL machine and tell you guys about the results.

A _LOT_ of people claims it´s region free at abgx.net IRC channel, all menues and subs are in English and voices are in Japanese like stated before. I don´t know if it works on an NTSC console but it works on a PAL console according to like 30 people in there.
