Wow, this is a great game! I installed Vista Ultimate last night and then installed Lost Planet. I installed the 158.42 driver and had to install Direct X9.0c to get the game to run. My 8800GTS 640mb is at stock. I am going to install Riva Tuner 2.1 now and OC and then see how it does with this DX10 game.
It's a fun atmospheric game. The graphics are amazing! I am floored that Capcom did this on the pc! LOL! They have been such a PC port disappointment over the years. I was able to get 27 Snow and 34 Cave with everything maxed with medium shadows. Cannot wait to play the full version.

Played both DX9 and DX10 versions (GF 8800 GTX) and they look exactly the same (except shadows look slightly better in DX10).Anyway, both versions look great.
I am still waiting for the first true DX10 game (Crysis?)

The best thing (graphically) in the demo was the animation blur... It makes everything looks so fluid.

+1 I'm glad to play a game where explosions actually DO something for an effin change. Love the them as it is but just to see peopel actually flying is great. Especially your self when you get launched haha. |

Well it's in the 360 version so I would assume so.
