Of course I agree that Atheism is much more 'advanced' or 'mature' then Theism, but in their basis they are both based on speculations.
As long as there are still things we can't answer about universe, biology, science and etc. the option of god will always remain possible.

No, that is your belief. As far as I'm concerned, god does not exist.

IMO being a religious fanatic or an atheist are simply opposite sides of the same coin.

Didn't you say you were an agnostic? That's a belief.
I must paraphrase from the previous page as well as from undataker. The theory of evolution and the disproven flaws in the Bible means there is no god. It is not speculation, it is science.
If you believe it is something else or whatnot, good for you.

In fact, they still don't know how we became intelligent.
One day there were Neanderthals and on the 'next day' the Neanderthals disappeared and evolved men appeared.
Agnosticism isn't a belief. Agnostics believe that they don't know and can't know anything about our god or our creation, therefore it's not really a belief, since they don't base their beliefs on speculations, but only on what they know.

They do. I suggest you pick up a book and read what it's really about, and especially educate yourself in the matters of mutation and natural selection.

It's a belief as much as any other thing in this universe. And again, general atheists don't base their beliefs on speculation, but science.

Believe in the possibility of life existing elsewhere due to earth being a precedent can't be applied to this argument.

Many people here have actually seen UFOs, Then again the same rednecks and Camel lovers see allah and jesus everyday.
Except Extraterrestrials are of course a product of science. So your point is moot.

Just to add: I don't believe in UFOs. I believe the universe is so insanely big, that we are most likely to never see any alien lifeforms visiting earth, ever.
People who claim that they have seen UFOs have taken hallucinogens.

There is alot more to science then what you watch on TV.
First off Neanderthals were intelligent, they just didn't have the same intellectual capacities as modern humans. Secondly, they didn't just disappear, Cro-Magnon man out competed and superceded them over a period of about 50,000 years after migrating from africa.

If you can believe that aliens exist without any physical proof, why is it so hard for you to believe that "God" exists.
With aliens you say that the universe is too big for Earth to be the only planet with life and for humans to be the only intelligent creature.
With "God" we say that life is too complex and the universe is too perfect that there must be a "God" that created and that controls it all.
It's just common sense in both cases.

It's more belivable with other planets having life than some bloke who is supposed to have created the universe. It's as simple as that.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Eh, not at all.
Alien lifeforms follows the same logic from the theory of evolution. If we were made on one planet, why would not life be made on other distant planets.
It has nothing to do with believing in an omnipresent, omniknowing being that created everything in the universe. Since I believe in science, I dismiss that as complete and utter bullshit. I refer you to Anthirs comment above

Exactly. Logic. It's not believing that it does, it's believing that it could, and based on probability and the sheer number of planets, it probably does.

Of course aliens exist, there are billions of other solar systems out there. But we don't know if we'll find some sort of intelligent aliens or some microscopic beings yet

There is certain forms of "alien" life out there, that's for sure.
