Whilst I thought Halo1 was incredible, and halo 2 was good. I didnt get grasped by the MP craze which still is happening these days on the 360. Halo 3 just looks well very MEH... looks nice dont get me wrong, and the gameplay I'm sure is good fun, but with games like RB6 and GOW out and currently being amazing fun on live, just wondering what else this brings thats "new"
Seems average to me, though I'll hold back on full judgement until I try it.

It cant be average! Bungie and Miicrosoft wont release something that is average! Its the 360's flagship title for crying out loud! I will be nothing less than awesome. I have marked my words lol.

I will buy it. If they keep co-op and the campaign aint total shit. But fiiiiirrrst I must get me a crapbox (No really I like msoft but I will w8 until they start producing consoles that don't break after 1 month)

Welcome to the Bungie Friends & Family Halo 3 Beta!
In order to play the Halo 3 Multiplayer Beta, you will need an Xbox 360 with a hard drive and an Xbox LIVE Gold account.
Your beta download code is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
This code will allow you to download the Halo 3 Beta to one Xbox 360 console, one time.
Instructions for installing and launching the beta are below:
1.
Turn on your Xbox 360 and sign-in with your Xbox LIVE Gold account
2.
Select “Marketplace” from the Xbox LIVE dashboard
3.
Select the “Redeem Code” option
4.
Enter a beta download code
5.
Once the download completes, navigate to the “Games” blade of the dashboard
6.
Select “Demos and More”
7.
Select and launch the Halo 3 Multiplayer Beta!
The initial download may take some time depending on network traffic and your own internet connection. Please be patient.
Please note that the Halo 3 beta only supports Matchmaking play over Xbox Live. You will not be able to play any custom games or play in offline/system link matches. You can, however, play with a friend in split-screen games in the Social playlists.

Yeah gotta admit, what i've seen so far from the multiplayer side of Halo 3 hasn't really impressed me that much. I'm more interested in the singleplayer anyway.

hope you have bought your crackdown copy. Cause some ppl have been banned for trying to download halo 3 beta MP...

played the game for 1 hour now.
Nothing special... I give the MP a 5/10
graphics are not better than in halo 2 and the gameplay is the same.
Too bad, I really hoped halo3 would finnaly bring at least something from the uber hype that M$ is making for it.
