Hello
I installed a Wiikey in my Wii
I played SSX Blur PAL perfect ( I put in the disc and after a little update it started )
Then I Started up Super Paper Mario ( With RegioFrii 1.20 from NTSC to PAL )
I put in the disc and it updated the concoller , now it stays on a url and cant do nothing .
marc:EU/EU/DUT/Setup/Screensave.html I do not have a internet connection on it .
How do I get to the normal screen to play a game ???
I put in many discs but cant get to another screen .
Please help me

Greetz

your wii is fooked... The Super Mario NTSC game has upgraded your Pal console with a NTSC update and has bricked your Wii.

To get around this you should have connected to the net and updated the Wii via the internet and then inserted Super Paper Mario.

I think your only option is the remove the WiiKey and sell your Wii as spares or damaged and buy a new wii and instal the wiikey into that...

Oh man.. Yeah--he's right. No fix for it as far as I know. I have a NTSC Wii and played Super Paper Mario with no probs since mine was NTSC to begin with. Might have to search google to see if anything else can be done.

Which brings up an excellent question I want to ask.
Right now the Xbox and Ps2 are basically crack, with very reliable mod chips and so on. I think the GC is too but don't have a mod on my GC so I wouldn't know.

Is Wii modding 'safe'? As in if I don't make mistakes like this will the chip work forever?

looks like it... I have had a WiiKey in since the WiiKey was released and all games work fine on it (except certain imports which is normal....)
