hmmm, sucks Sad This game was actually really good. I personally don't think it deserves the RS6 title but as a game of it's own. Some of the guns are extremly retarded and you can tell no attention was paid to em. Like the spas 12 is a semi auto shotgun, well it's not in this game.

Actually in the real world the SPAS can be fired in pump or semiautomatic modes.Best of both worlds.

Yes I know, pretty much most semi auto guns can be switched. But I meant in this game they paid NO attention to the shutguns...

Finally finished RS Vegas, although the graphics engine is not optimized at all I had great fun with it. Now I'm replaying on realistic which really means you have to work together with your team, although it can be frustatringly difficult and the autosave function isn't helping. This is actually the first Rainbow Six game that I finished and keep playing Smile
And it's much better than that other Tom Clancy game recently release, Splinter Cell Double Agent. I can't believe both games use the same graphics engine, Double Agent looks like crap and plays less fluent then RS Vegas.

I know that - Razz

It seems with some games though they do a slightly diff protection in one of the patches and you need a new mini image or something along those lines. I was just wondering if that was the case with this one. Doesn't seem to be though. YARR!

I'm reading other opinions over @ nvnews forums as well as @ ubi's forums.

But I have to Laughing @ Ubi for finally doing something with the PC version lol. The patch also includes some Red and Black packs.

I actually bought this one (rare for me) but haven't played in months due to the awful multiplayer support - good looking patch, but according to people on the official forums.. the game is even more fucked :/ guess it's staying on the shelf unless they fix it up quick (doubtful)

It's not so much because the games are bad in term of gameplay and graphics. It's more because they are full of errors and shortcomings. And the lack of support is so evident right now. Right now i think Ubi is on nr.1 list of "Almost non existent support",

the most funny thing about this patch is the widescreen support with no 1440x900 or 1680x1050 resolutions.
