i work in a movie theatre and had to assemble two copies.. and then screen them for..

i have to admit that SM3 is great... one of the movies ive been lookin forward to the most..
however the screenplay is trying to adopt to a broader audience.. (read girlfriends) so you get to see alot more of MJ and a softer Peter Parker. Its all good though - but at sometimes in the movie i was feeling a bit... bored - cuz it was kinda goin on and on... and yes - this is definitely the "darkest" story of them all... and Venom does look scary (to some - not me Wink).
LOTS of nice CGI - especially the scene with the "birth" of Sandman..

anyhoo - good movie - better than Spiderman 2 but... but #1 is still the best in terms of wowness you feel after the movie.

1 thing that kinda upset me in the movie was when spidey lands infront of the american flag.. wtf??

Nope they don't. The devs said they introduced many more villians then are in the movie because otherwise it would be over real fast. Aren't there multiple story arcs anyway, with the third movie only being one of them?

Ya, theres one with the lizard (peters college professor), Scorpian, then scorpian releases the rhino, then there was the kingpin, then that hunter guy that I don't remember very well that was chasing after the lizard. I personally think they did a damn good job on showing how scorpion came to be as well as the suit n shit he had in game, hope if he's to come in the next movie they make him look the same.

Saw it today 6/10

the action sequences are good fun, but all the rest is quite boring.

Predictable dialogues
Goblin Jr & MJ are really bad at acting
really lame background acting
And of course very americanised mumbo jumbo

Probably would've enjoyed this much more if I were 10 years younger (I'm 26)

biggest disappointment i had in years(and that says something since i didn't even like the first two movies).
they managed to fuck up every single aspect of the movie!! the dialogs, story, character design, acting and yes, even CGI were all either bad or shitty.

Eh, I hate when they take cartoons and turn it into a movie. The goblin was never osbourn. He was hired by osbourn to take out the kingpin but his technology used was made from osbourn. At least they got doctor's octopus's making right. Did the symbiot at least come from the right location in this movie?

on another note, my buddy heard on the radio that a dvd screener of this movie got leaked out onto the internet and people (guess who) were pissed as hell and taking all action to stop the web spread Laughing

yeah if only the spiderman movies offered as much!!

lack of action does NOT necessarily mean the time is used for clever dialogue or a good story, as weve seen in the previous spidey films.
