Pussy!! Why did he turn invisible?
He could put up a good fight,he's just as strong as Sylar, or even stronger since he can regenerate
Sig too big.

He turned invisible to prolly escape and get to Mohinder. Petey can turn others invisible too. I think.
Sylar is more powerful than Petey.
Lots more.
Petey knew that he had no chance to beat him. And that's why he got pwned.

^what BearishSun said. Peter has 1337 skillz
Peter is more powerful in the end. Sylar has to kill people to get their powers, something he might not be able to all the time (as we've seen already). Peter just need be close to people ONCE and he's got their powers for life.

Yep, except Sylar seems to gain mastery over his powers far more rapidly then Peter. Although that could be a personal quirk rather then anything to do with the way he absorbs them.
Sylar just seems way more in tune with his powers, he specifically hunts down people with abilities to grow more powerful, he probably practices all the time and I get the impression he's more intelligent then Peter too. His telekinetic abilites are extremely refined in comparison to Peters, who only seems to be able to briefly exert a force, rather then accurately manipulate objects.

Remember what Sylars ability is? He sees how things work ^^ that's why he learns so fast

I was about to write that b4 but didn't feel like posting. I really don't think he actually eats the brain, makes no sense since he sees how thinks work. How can he tell how it works by eating it? |
hmm let me thing - public television didn`t what that to be showed to kiddies

Yea, there were really carefully when showing that woman nailed to the stairway with pretty much everything you can find in a kitchen, or when Sylar was killing that cheerleader, very not gory.
They didn't show it, but definately NOT for that reason. And I never really claimed why they didn't show it, just that it is very unlikely that he eats them because "makes no sense since he sees how thinks work". They probably don't show it because the writers themselves have no idea what he does with them either. That's what happens when you complicate things too much.

Well maybe we find it out someday? Maybe he takes parts from their brains and replaces his own, just like a patchwork family ^^

He does SOMETHING to the brain. "I'd like to see how that works" is his usual utterance when he's staring right at someone blankly and presumably the only way he can actually do this is by removing the brain and doing SOMETHING with it. Now all that being said the only assumptions I have at the moment is that he eats the brain or he disassembles the brain in the same way he did those watches. In both cases it's not possible to show it on TV and not worthwhile because each is completely absurd.

It is a different timeline, maybe he never met Claire in this timeline.

or the haitian was present when it happened?
can't be a different timeline as hiro went there after the change
any universe before the change would have been annihilated the moment future-hiro changed it
though, 99,99% of timetravel movies don't follow ANY real logic in their travel

My bet is that that scar is caused by Hiro's sword. And because it's a very special blade it's a wound that never heals properly.
Who gets ahold of Hiro's blade and why he does it, I don't know

How the hell was Hiro killing all those SWAT guys, they just seemed to be walking into his sword?
Overall it was a good episode, although it felt like it was missing something, not sure what though.

Yeah but he has to do that concentrating thing before it works, it's not a short range rapid teleportation like nightcrawler.
Besides, watch the part where they first enter the government building, it's shows Hiro chopping a few guys and they just walk into it. Looks retarded.

I agree, it look retarded. They just ran towards his sword, instead of finding cover and safely shooting at him.

Good episode, but as mentioned, 2 gaps:
1. peters scar
2. the stupid looking swat scene (my theory is that they tried to do something like equilibirum/matrix, but probably didn't turn out that well so they just decided cut the scene and left only the ending)
Anyway, I can live with it.
