i do not believe the game will see stores this year with all the disapoinment in it.
no new's about the game no gone gold and even no release date in the mid of 2007...i say somewhere in 2008.

EDIT: I don't really have any problems with Vista myself though and I've tried quite a few version from leaked builds to the public Beta and RC builds to the final version.
(The new system I built also uses Vista and so far there's no problem with it.)

vista only? those fucking cunts... and i WAS actually planning on buying this game.. i understand that to get the MOST out of the game, vista would be preferred, but vista only... i thought that was only going to be microsoft game's dirty trick..

by the time this comes out we'll all prolly be using vista anyway. and why not use vista for a dx10 game? i cant see why not wanting to chage for halo 2 since thaat takes no adv whatsoever of dx10....but complaining that a dx10 game is vista only is retarded.

True. It's o.k. for me to change to vista when good DX10 games come out. I can wait until then.
And if they use the advantages of DX10 I'll be more happy than staying on XP with DX9.

my complaint is not that it runs on vista... yes its quite likely by then ill be using vista anyway... my objection is that its vista ONLY... everyone likes choice, thats all... theres a huge difference between running better on vista, and being told that you cant have it unless you upgrade to vista.

not really the same thing... vista is still in its infancy... vista-only games in 2 or so years is fully acceptable, but vista only JUST came out, and its not the most game-friendly platform around at the moment... it just sounds like these guys are in microsofts pocket basically... im not saying they should be all happy smiles and do it all just for the gamers... business is business afterall, but yeah... doesnt mean i have to like being pushed into using an OS before I.. or vista for that matter, am ready.

Why is this Vista only if it runs on DX9?
Remedy have taken the M$ shilling then? If they're going to ignore most of the PC market I suppose it must mean all their unrealised profits will be made up by M$ ... no wonder Vista costs so much.
