Does anyone have any info on if it's "out". I am looking for Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9.5 it shuld be OK for Vista.

AFAIK this is only an update for NaturallySpeaking 9.0 not a standalone, and nope i haven't seen yet.

It won't work on vista x64...
