TEAMKNIGHTZ could have bothered listing the games or providing a link or whatever.
If these collections are just the old collections by the same name but on DVD, they contain:

I: Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Sam and Max Hit the Road, Star Wars Rebel Assault and Day of the Tentacle. BONUS - Includes DEMO of Full Throttle, Dark Forces, The Dig, Rebel Assault II and TIE Fighter Collector's.

II: Tie Fighter Collector's CD-ROM, Rebel Assault and Rebel Assault 2. Also includes LucasArts Super Sampler #1 with a playable demo of Dark Forces with 3 levels of play and Making Magic, a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition with George Lucas.

III: Star Wars Dark Forces, The Dig, Monkey Island Madness (2 full versions of The Secrets of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2 Le Chuck's revenge) Full Throttle and Afterlife. BONUS DEMO of X-Wing VS TIE Fighter, Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, Outlaws, Yoda's Stories, Indiana Jones and his Desktop Adventure.

IV: Includes Star Wars TIE Fighter, Star Wars Dark Forces, Star Wars X-Wing Collector's, Star Wars X-Wing VS Tie Fighter Flight School, Yoda Stories and Star Wars Behind the Magic Vehicle Special Edition. BONUS 3 levels for Star War Jedi Knight Mysteries of the Sith.

If anybody can confirm or correct this, tia.
Personally, I'd have preferred two collections, one with all the Star Wars games and one with all the adventures...

Info on all 4.

Perhaps it is a good idea to start a new day with the right frame of mind.

So this is really merely a DVD repackaging of those old releases?

Once again, LucasArts has managed to disappoint us. These so called archives suck big time. I made my own LucasArts archive about a year ago and managed to fit ALL their classic games onto only ONE DVD!

The DVD is heavily compressed though, but unrars at a reasonable amount of time. It includes (Talkie Versions of course):

Grim Fandango, Maniac Mansion, Day of the Tentacle, Full Throttle, Indiana Jones (last crusade and fate of Atlantis), Sam & Max, The Dig, Monkey Island 1,2,3,4.

All these game are Isos I've created from originals and with a bit raring around you can do that too. Fuck those pathetic commercial archives! I believe that's how a proper LucasArts archive should look like, plus it's Star Wars free!

*(If you aren't cheap like me, you can buy a Dual Layer DVD and fit everything uncompressed.)

oops...

drives were around as early as 1997. You don't need a burner to rip either. Stay in school, obviously you still got a lot to learn.

you claimed they couldn't have been released on DVD because we didn't have "burners and shit in 1998". A lack of a burner doesn't prevent you from ripping a DVD to a file or set of files. The fact that it was 1998 doesn't meant the product couldn't have been released on a DVD then.

lol dumb shit. i said they weren't released on dvd BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T RELEASED ON DVD PERIOD. not for any specific reason just simply because THEY WEREN'T. Plus the simple fact that games WERE NOT on DVD at the time. Especially not on PC. The only game around that time was WC4 and that only came bundled with the creative dvd drive. Also LA didnt start putting games on DVD until like 3 years ago. Use your brain and good luck trying to make me look wrong next time Wink

and i realllly hope you're not being a total moron and trying to say that the DVDs aren't homemade.......

I don't need to make you look wrong. Every time you post you look more and more the idiot.
You didn't say they weren't released on DVD because nothing was released on DVD at the time.
Let's go through what you said, since you think you're so smart:
"omg spud your dumb."
Already you've shown your inability to succeed at even basic English.

"THESE ARE HOMEMADE THEY WERE NOT RELEASED ON DVD"
That is a distinct possibility, but what is your evidence that they were never released on DVD? Writing in uppercase really makes you look intelligent, like you're (<- that is how you use that by the way) putting a lot of thought into what you're saying. There is no way you can be wrong when you type like that.

"TEAMKNIGHTZ used the cd versions and put em on 4 dvds THAT MEANS ITS HOMEMADE."
This doesn't seem to factor in to your point. True or not, this has nothing to do with the possibility that this could have been on DVD.

"sheesh. lol unless you belive that we had dvd burners and shit in 1998"
There were obviously DVD burners somewhere, since DVD drives were available, maybe not for home use. However DVD burners don't prevent a manufacturer from releasing a product on a DVD. So you haven't really provided a reason as to why these could not have been on DVD at the time. Unless that is what your "...and shit" was supposed to cover? Otherwise it has no place in that sentence, but then we've already shown you fail at basic English. If it was supposed to cover a reason why these couldn't have been on DVD at all, the only logical conclusion was that you were implying DVDs weren't available for PCs at the time.

While you're out on the internet trying to rant and rave about how smart you think you are, you might want to pick up these two gems:

You were specifically addressing 1998 above. If you'd like to arbitrarily change time frames in an attempt to prove how smart you are, I'm now declaring the time frame to run from 2003-2005.

I never said anywhere it wasn't, I'm not sure what your point is. If we're going to make up more tangents for the argument, I would have to say you're completely wrong about your reasoning for why the eastern block failed.

(c) ATARI? LOL get real and your mother is a whore.

Also irrelevant. However insulting someone's ancestry really does establish your dominance and intelligence.
