The first one was shit, I don't expect much more from the sequel.

It's a shame because the graphics are great and the environmental interaction is refreshing.
I completed FEAR, Condemned and Call of Cthulu but the feeling of helplessness in this and complete lack of character interaction tips it over the edge for me. I play games to relieve stress, not create it! |

All I remember from Obscure is hoping that most of the characters would get killed. Hopefully they have some better dialogue writers this time around.

LOL, she's quoting me from a different thread. Obscure wasn't scary in the slightest, I was talking about the Penumbre Overture, which I completed by the way. The reason why I was creeped out though was more to do with the environment I was playing it in at the time rather then the actual game.
I really didn't think much of obscure at all though, I played it in both singleplayer and co-op, and neither was very good in my opinion.

Never played the 1st one, but getting this in waiting for Airborne. Loved Resident Evil, so if its something like that, should be fun. The big one for me will be Alone in the Dark Near Death Investigation.
