I would so love to see a sequel to the old school Ultima RPGs but singleplayer of course.Others lets see Im old school so,
System Shock 3
Sequel to Deus Ex 2
KOTOR
sequel to Hidden & Dangerous series
Steel Panthers series but a sequel with current technology
Sequel to HIND (Helicopter simulator)
Sequel to Tornado(A great simulator of its time)
A real legit sequel to Xcom not all these crap copies we are seeing these days.(ok some are good but they still arent XCOM)
Sequel to Syndicate and syndicate wars.(Gotta love this one its classic.
and last but not least for years I have wanted a sequel to Electronic Arts SEAL TEAM,this game was great many hours spent replaying it over and over.Course the sad thing is many of these would probably never be fullfilled.

a fakking sequel to heavy metal fakk2 dammit. i really enjoyed that game, and its definately worthy of a sequel (given that it ended on a freakin cliffhanger) - ffs atleast give us a damn mission pack or some shit!!

i heard valve made a deal with uwe boll to direct the cinematics for half life 3, on the condition that he makes a film that doesnt suck. production of the new game will begin as soon as boll is signed on to the project....

Reunion 2 would own, i think there was one in the works (was set to be released 1995 i think) but something happened with the company.
I recomend Reuinion if you guys havn't played it (it's a dos game though but it works fine with dosbox i think it was called)

I spent a little while pondering the question. I really liked CnC, untill the latest (oh and Generals sucked too) installment imho was horrible. So in one universe I'd go "Red Alert 3"; but in another. Let's just say that I wouldn't want EA to make any of the sequels.
I really enjoyed Fallout, but hated Fallout Tactics. When I came around to play the second one, it already was old and outdated. I got all hyped up, but didn't get the same experience I got with the first one. I'd love to see something new, but I don't know if you could migrate the genre to the new, without taking too much from the old, which would be percieved as bad in terms of gameplay by todays standards.
So let's say I spent the whish on Starcraft. Blizzard != EA, but all I'd really want is a graphical update. The UI is so low resolution, that it doesn't feel right to play SC anymore. The units aren't cool, the chinese are too skilled. So maybe I'd say new warcraft reincarnation. But for me, warcraft would only be fun, if they redid it from scratch - new way to play the game, in the same warcraft universe. And that's a gamble, because who knows if they'll get it right?
The greatest games of all time for me are:
Half-Life (and they are making Ep2, TF2, etc)
Warcraft / Starcraft - Basically same rock paper scissors concept. But with a few twists. Enough twists to remain entertaining for a long period, and enough follow through to perfect the game from the developer. Blizzard constantly releases ballance and update patches, and even though I not always agree; I think it's much better than just leaving the game be like EA does.
Fallout - Best SP experience ever, period. Who can make a sequell without borking everything up? Can they make is so that all the dialog is narrated so I don't have to squint? And can they make a billion endings so I can play 10 chars at the same time just to see what happens?
Now that Westwood studios is absorbed into EA; Black Isle / Interplay by Bethesda (... I think), who made that horrible followup to Morrowind a while back. Blzzard will probably focus on the profitable WoW, which developers can possibly make a decent sequel? I wonder, if it's even possible to make a good game these days? Only interesting ones I've seen are independant devs that want to strike some profit and piggy bank on Steam...

that being said,
I want my duke nukem, Another shadow warrior, another Rise of the Triads. Another gorefest like Take no Prisoners. Another Kingpin. Another Blood...blood 2 the chosen was lengendary. But then again seeing as devs just have no creativity anymore hence all the WWII games I think the lot of these games being mentioned here are better to be left to peace, god knows they'll do nothing more than screw the whole thing up. Look at Doom 3 And Quake 4 though quake 4 was hella better than doom |

I forgot to mention it should be 2D worms, im still playing Worms World Party, because its not 3D, Worms in 3D is the worst step they ever made.
