My uncle reads his books which are effin huuuuge. His RS6 games used to be AWSOME back many moons ago now they just stink of UBI. The original ghost recons were badass too |

The tactical units series are boring. Unlike the Jack Ryan series (The Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, The Sum of All Fears etc) which is close to being awesome and very gripping.

The early Jack Ryan series are great, the later ones suck donkey ballz... But the games, at least up until recently, were great.

From what im hearing, its a game thats supposed to blend elements of SC, GR and RS. Ubi recently had a big playtesting day and were inviting people that never played those games to see if it would interest them. Hopefully gametester will be able to play soon (if so, expect the game around early fall.)

lol games are ok but reading books that games were based on > no wai, it's just plain stupid 
no offence to your uncle or anything like that  |
well my uncle is a piece of shit so feel free to bash him. But as far as the books go I actually think he wrote the books before the games came out. Though that's just off a bad memory. |

Actually, Rainbow Six was written in conjunction... The game's story went one way and the book's went another because of time pressure (game had to come out before book). The SC books were written after the game was published, but they are not written by Clancy.

I hope they will lose so much money on this release that they will start thinking twice with fucking up their coustemers. Lockdown, las vegas, ghost recon advance warfighter and splinter cell the latest. They all need patches and bugs fixed but ubi doesn't care at all. Las vegas will be the last one which i buy from ubi again. Their support sucks major ass.

If this is, and a big if, a new splinter cell, im curious what significant role that body in the background in it. Or anything of the likes. I doubt it'll be the new advanced warfighter as they just released the 2nd one. RS6 would be cool if they optimized it and made it like vegas. LOVE that game. |

Well keep crying bitchtits, the lastest Clancy games have sold by the ton, especially on console, so the trend is likely to continue for many years.

Maybe they'll mix all three franchises together. Imagine playing a mission as a Splinter Cell first to analyze the situation, then as a Rainbow team to eliminate the threat and afterwards clear the area with a Ghost Recon like military operation.
I know it's not gonna happen (especially since they would sell only one game instead of three and earn less money), but I like the idea.
