I get like 1-2 FPS and the game is completely unplayable even in the lowest settings on my core duo + radeon 1900xtx rig. I am an experienced user so don't say defrag, close unnecessary programs, change catalyst settings etc. Any help will be appreciated...

The game is problematic, each time I start it I go to the options, I make a change in the refresh rate, I apply it, then I choose not to keep the new settings. Then I continue my game, otherwise the graphics get all weird on me and the game stops to a crawl. Using this stupid "trick" to restart the rendering the game runs 100% perfect (all on max,no hdr, 4x AA).

Don't know if it will help you to try this, probably not, but I just wanna give you an idea of the kind of compatibility problems this game has. And it seems no patch will come out.

My problem is kinda related to this so I'll post in this thread.

My screen flickers white, not the whole screen but it looks like the brightness goes up high for just a frame and I suspect the textures are messed up aswell.

The game runs very stuttery aswell no matter what resolution I pick.
Running with(if it matters to someone): Opteron 165@2.5GHz, 2Gb RAM, 8800GTS/320Mb(Driver 97.92).

Anyone else have this problem?

This game suck

Now here is the corect way to run this excellent game.
It seam ViTALiTY's crack is OK but the game suck all ressources with many graphical bugs and more.

Use ViTALiTY's crack,

Have minimum AMD 64 3000+
Have minimum 2 gigs DDR400
Have minimum or buy Nvidia 7600 gs 256 mb or equivalent ATI
Don't use ANALOG Throttle and brakes (set button)
Update all drivers

Shutdown all useless program's like Antivirus firewall etc....

Play in 1024 x 768 with No AA, All other video settings at mini!

gforce 6600 gt + athlon 64 3000 +, is Not enough as hardware without slow gaming!!!!

Don't use the Beta save game from GCW they coming from beta release and need a online registration beta serial number. Confused

Why do people with high end system having problems playing this game.

My machine is low end compared to yours and the game runs perfect on high settings.

Using vitality release.

Hardware update To nvidia 7600 GS 256 MB, close all useless progs, don't use ANALOG Throttle and brakes (set button) , let run the game with minimum video settings as proper.

My god.. I said I have a HIGH END system. That means that my system does not need upgrading, I can play every other game at max settings with decent FPS.

Hi! Wingman Logitech extrem 3 d give similar problem's.
solution:
Don't use Analog throttle and brakes, define button's for throttle and brackes , use only analoge for left or right stering.

Sorry for bad english........... Rolling Eyes
