|
 |
Now look, I know what the terms OEM and Corporate mean, but I just don't know which supplies more benefits on a regular home pc :\ I'd guess its better to get the OEM release but I'd still like to know why they putting out those Corporate releases all the time..doesn't make sense...what business would take a pirate corporate copy and install it over 50-100 computers? :-\ would be real dumb. I also saw a stripped to the bone XP Pro SP2 release..something like 175mb..anyone recommends it?

Mind further saying why would corporate be better than oem? I used corporate so far but I got this release (Microsoft Windows XP Professional OEM SP2 Integrated March 2007-ETH0) yesterday and I'm pondering about it since then.

Dude, the only difference is in license. OEM = Installation on one machine only (the one it came with). Corporate = Installation on multiple machines, as much as license permits.

Plus OEM calls home to active it like Vista and doesn`t have drivers on them and administration tools for net .

Activation crack solves the "phone home" deal, which is entirely different from Vista btw. Activation does not phone home, only WGA does. My sig... The other things you've said is bollocks, sorry. Administration tools are there in every Professional SKU of XP.
