Still becoming a bird during missions. I could complete Beaten Dog this time and tried several things. Like using the ammo box, switching weapons and so on.
After that I picked a sidemission where I command 2 jeeps with people in them. As soon as I changed to commander view and started ordering people around I turned into a bird. This with the new crack but the same installation as before.
Behold his GLORY! Bow for the technical master!

A new crack have been submitted to GCW. No the one pm'ed to me above (afaik) but a new one from Hitachi. Fixes 4 new fade triggers according to info.

I used the crack for about 40mins of playing and it works just fine!

Unless you're using a retail version and just using the nocd crack, in which case you'd be fine with the original 1.05 crack from hatred. |
can someone please reply whether the clone from PROCYON works fine (with YASU or another emulator perhaps), or does the bird thing happen even with PROCYON clone, even if you dont apply any cracks?? Thanks

I tested with the clone and the razor keys are probably blacklisted, because I got birded, you need the new Itachi crack.

Bird happens with just YASU and no cracks.
Itachi's new crack seems to work fine. Haven't been birded yet. After this amount of time with the other cracks I had been several times by now. It seems good. Of course now a new beta patch is out and it starts again, but 1.05 seems to be running now.

beta patch is applied like a mod. It doesn't alter the arma.exe, it places a batch file and a beta directory under mods.
So don't be afraid to give it a go. Patch removal is as simple as removing the mod directory.

apparently it's the lead up to patch 1.07 and I guess they're looking for feedback.

I just was testing the game with the new crack and works great, get even better performance than 1.04 using yasu + daemon and MUCH better performance than using 1.05 (birded version)... it seem that using this wonderful crack by itachi (thanks and thanks again!) the game have more FPS (at least in my system) maybe the exe is don´t doing the DAMN trigers seems to free more the CPU or maybe: don´t having yasu+daemon loaded have to help my PC. Same mission before 29 FPS now just using the crack 32 FPS... at least is like that here... so happy right now! but time to sleep tomorrow more ARMA for sure, and the damn bird is dead! hurrah

It's ok, I know you have to make yourself feel good, telling us about you buying this game "later" when it got mods and such. Odds are; people like you who say stuff like that, really never buys it anyways. I'm not saying YOU won't, but it's a classic "justify your piracy" line. Thats all. I hope you don't feel offended if you really intend to buy the game.
I know because I've done the same. You got this feeling, "yeah, this game is great, I will surely buy it when they have ironed out the bugs and such. " Problem is if you wait to long the devs. will have stopped fixing your bugs, it's the money who support their work right now.
But you already knew this, right.
Don't even know why I have this discussion I don't play this game at all.

Ok theres a new trigger problem I have encountered in several campaigns,
After a certain amount of time my character just drops dead from nothing.This happened to me a total of 5 times already on foot and in a vehicle.Everything else is fine with the new crack.No turning into birds just the problem of dropping dead now after say 30-60 minutes of play time.

Ok great, but I have some questions:
I have the Hatred release + the Itachi crack, does this combination work or do I have to get me another release?

Well the last Itachi crack from GCW still works fine for me. I wonder what Vitality did... Removed Securom and "copied" the fixed fade triggers from Itachi crack?
they could see the solution but still fucked up...?
I've heard about people having problem with this version too.

no there is no more triggers cus they coped from itachi's crack and claim to be so 1337 lol!
if not itachi crack ViTALiTY wouldnt release it
i cant stop laugh when im reading -TNT nfo's they act like a leaders and do cd-checks !

Ive completed the game with the FLT crack and i havent had any problems at all with it so i dunno.
