Every time I try to view a large movie online ( large downloads ), my D-Link wireless transmitter router locks up. To the point I have to reset it.
Anyone know how to fix this?
thanks

Try lowering the MTU on the router, there should be an option for it. Set it to around 1200? It should be ABOUT 1500 now..

Get a router that supports the DD-WRT firmware, best firmware out there.

When it comes to routers, I vouch for Linux over Windows.
WRT54GL

Yep, just check at www.dd-wrt.com which routers are supported and get one! Its so worth it!
We have a wireless network over 3 houses with 4 people sharing one line using 4 linksys wrt 54gl/gs/g with dd-wrt and it works great!
There are already pre-n router which are supported, but I can`t say how well they perform.
