I had to manually link the Shortcut from the Vista game browser, just right click the C&C icon in the game browser and click customise, and then click add and browse to the install path in the electronic arts folder and select the exe, itll then run from Vistas game browser Smile I think the new thing with this games for windows is no shortcuts are created in anywhere except the game browser, TMNT only created one icon in the game browser under vista aswell...

yea gonna have to get used to that. and my shortcut in the games folder wasnt working because i disabled the ugly shortcut arrows on the desktop. had to re-enable for any of the game links in the explorer to work.

it was cool the first 3 times I saw it till I realized I couldn't skip it. Gotta admit though, it's better than fuckin ubisoft.

Do you restart the game after every mission or each time u need to switch to windows ? Its just when u start the game... i dont think its that annoyingl...

Mmm, I dont play for hours, its just every time when you start the game up... it would be faster if the logo does not appear.

RetailExe\1.2\cnc3game.dat (exe is renamed to dat because ea thinks it is cool and prevents cracking)

Hey ppl.

i think the albania mission is bugged.
I destroyed the main targets and even occupied the secondary targets, but the mission is not completed, somehow it's just not ending.
Have "completed" iit three times so far, even at hard mode, but what's the matter?
Anyone else has the same problem? Any hints?
Can anyone share a savegame for the next mission?

Would be cool if anyone could help!!

Hmm, which one is Albania? I remember having a similar problem with a mission where i had to blow up lots of standing still NOD vehicles.
I missed 1 or 2 single vehicles in the parkinglot and had to search for 10 minutes before i found them.

Albania is the mission after Croatia.
You have to destroy the whole NOD weapon arsenal.
You have no base, just few apc, predators and the rig. You have to fix the bridge and occupy one building and you get airfields and 8 aircrafts.

I destroyed all primary objectives (no yellow arrows left) and occupied all green ones.

But it still doesn't end!! Sad

Its German savegame, play it one round and it will save it in your language !

say guys can u confirm that the last NOD mission is 'Kane's Tower' in Italy?

casue after i played that mission out, i got a short movie and banged to main screen?

THX DaLexy, worked great...and now the weird thing, after I've started Sarajevo, i replayed Albania, then somehow it worked! Nevertheless, without your savegame i wouldn't have made it that far Wink

Thats the same one i had problems with, i also had no yellow or green arrows left, but there was still some small hard to notice vehicles out there.
