She is not a cylon, Cylons dont have children stories- that last episode pretty much removed any realistic chance that Starbuck was a Cylon. Still, judging from D'anna's reaction to seeing the final five one would have to assume that one of the final five is a prominent member of the Fleet (ie not Hot Dog). So we can rule out Starbuck, both Adama's, and Roslin since she would've been "detected" by Baltar early on. Also Helo since Cylons can't produce children with other Cylons.
The more I think about what D'anna said in the temple to the cylon she recognized ("You! Forgive us, we had no idea.") the more I think that Tigh may be the one we're looking for. No kids, we know little of his past, and they did torture the crap outta him on New Caprica.
Sun Tzu says: "Go to war, but first have lunch. The wise general would try the lamb, which is fresh and a great price".

The problem with Tigh is that he and Adama have known each other for, I think, 30+ years. As for Starbuck, when Sharon started discovering she was a Cylon wasn't one of her struggles the fact she had memories of her parents and childhood? She had an entire past, which was built into her programming.

I think it's obvious she'll be back, but as a Cylon? Who knows. I think it's funny because didn't the actress say this in that outtakes video not long ago!

If it we're my guess, Tigh, Tyrol, Tory, Starbuck, and Ander's all have a good chance of being cylons.
who knows, maybe they are the final five?
and use that would make tyrols baby just as important as herrah.

i downloaded the podcast for maelstrom (s03e17) to see what Ron Moore had to say about the ending and Starbuck's fate, seems the idea was to shock the audience and remind us that this is supposed to be a drama where dramatic things do happen. So i guess she really is dead, what a lame way to check out.
On a funny sidenote, the final scene in which adm. Adama destroys his model ship, that wasn't in the script, that was Edward James Olmos "beeing in the moment", he thought it would suit the character's emotion at that point, probably true, but, that model ship was a "real museum quality model ship, worth hundreds of thousands of dollars that we rented, they insured it, but still, if we'd known he'd do that, we would have had one built"

No, no, no, this is the perfect way to check out. It's not meant to be a classical hollywood where the hero dies romantically. It's knitty gritty slam bam, pure death. The way it's supposed to be. I think they aced it.

Well i think im gonna be 3/5 at least. Starbuck and Tyrol are the 2 i think i missed on.
But Tigh, Anders and Tory all hearing that "music" in the last episode makes me think they are being activated or something...
should be an interesting season finale.

The finale was briliant... But damn, now we have to wait until 2008 to see how the series end.

WOW, this is what I call a season ending.
Spoiler: | there were only 5 cylons left, we meet 4 of them on the hangar and then we see starbuck flying a raptor, so how the f*ck will they explain the extra cognitive scenes where laura roslin shared his mind with number 6 and boomer? she has to be a cylon.
and when the f*ck will we know what's happening with baltar and number 6? |

Where did the raptor come from? Not like you can just steal one... |

I wonder what will happen when they eventually get to earth... My guess is they will be the source of the mysterious drawings on pyramids in Egypt and other phenomena like this.

Is this series really good? I was never a big fan of space adventures.
Iยดm pondering to give it a try.

Pfft, BG is much much more than a 'space adventure'... In fact, SW and ST monkeys don't really like it because of all the politics and personal drama. Get all three seasons NOW, and start watching.

So, 3 weeks ago, me and my friend decided to have a little bet, i bet that Sam Anders, Tory, Col. Tigh, and Chief Tyrol we're all cylons.
i dont know how the fuck i called it but i did.
im 20 bux richer because of it.
And how do we automatically assume they will arrive on earth in the past? we dont know what timeframe this show is set in, maybe they will show up on earth in the year 2012? when it is in shambles after a possible WW3. Adama will arrive like a god from the sky, cylons will follow, destruction of the planet will ensue.
2012... i'm using my intuition again on this one.

Explanation 1:
Spoiler: | Laura shared blood with the cylon/human child. That could very well be the cause of her visions. |
Explanation 2:
Spoiler: | These are not just any cylons. These are the original 5. Other rules apply to them would be my guess.
And the raptor part, it could have come from a NUMBER of different places, the earth, the cylons, another dimension etc etc etc... Use your imagination man!
