I'm surprised, so fucking surprised that people don't know the solution to EA's infamous DirectX bug. I mean, EVERY single game EA produces has this installer bug. It's been there for like, what? 2 years already? First fun fact is that they don't bother to fix it, second fun fact is that people still don't know the already-mentioned-a-million-times-solution. Set the installer's EXE compatibility to Windows 2000.

i had that problem, i just formatted and reinstalled winblows and everything worked fine. Weird error though.

Did anyone bother to visit the thread linked above my post? I guess my post doesn't stand much meaning to people that haven't read that. Anyway, long story short, the guy says he got the game, KANE edition, and can't get it to install due to the infamous DirectX bug.
Oh well.

EA has the most crappiest installers of them all thats true , 2007 and they did fixed they installer bug  , but its way better to Atari`s uninstaller program deleting the boot.ini and all other files that are located on c:\

Taiwan maybe yes, maybe no but in Norway it's very probable as with any other country. |
It's about as probable as a game being made in Russia getting hyped so much it puts most political spin doctors to shame. |

Uhuh. Half of Crysis content is being made in Ukraine and russian programmers working on it in Germany too. Just as they did on FarCry.

Actually, if game is being released on monday(if I'm correct, release date is 26th, right? ), that means stores have it in stock at friday, they just aren't selling it yet. Ofc, it's not really hard to have friends working in the store and get the game early is it?
It's perfectly possible many people have the game already.
