Place the files to C:\Program Files\dtp entertainment AG\Red Ocean and overwrite the old ones.
The Misc.xpf ( and the english and german text files which are containing it ) is in the original game so you don't need to upload that file lol, just change the name in the textfolder from en to de and visa versa. Thanx for uploading the english sound file anyway as it wasn't in the game but only in the demo

lol, after applying the demo VoicesDE.xpf there are no dialogues at all (and strangely - subtitles disappeared too ). not to mention intro/outro are still 100% german as for the game itself - fuckin' amusing, lol

He he he, i've the same. It only works in vista with me Changing comp. to 2000 nothing helps. Jigsaw thanx for the english voices btw so i don't need to download the demo. But the game sucks anyway so don't bother
Found the developers forum, looked for the biggest thread and translated it from German . Seems I'm not alone. It's being looked into. I'll have to wait for a patch or the US version to give it a whirl.
I managed to get a hint on the game's forum, someone mentioned in german something about codecs and the movie folder. Even with a translator it's still hard to understand. Just for shits and giggles I changed the movie files in that folder from .xpv to .avi and now the game starts...talk about dumb luck...
Thanks JigSaw for the English DL's and fixes. Works just fine for me. ( btw... those who are having trouble with the DL'ed english files... misc.rar has to be renamed misc.xpf.... before you place it in the game)

This game reminds me a little of the old school "try and buy" Shareware games.
Nice game . Many people bitch about it because they ended this game on easy , when the hero is most of the time on god mode and the ai is dumbed down .The real fun and the potential of the Ai begins on Medium when few shots can kill you and the opponents start to think and hide.

This way you can use them f.e.: Replace these files in the game and leave Red Ocean.ini original. ( Language=DE )
I didn't download the demo myself these are only the files uploaded from jigsaw and changed a bit. The voices DE have the english sound files from the demo, a couple remain in german, most of them are in english.
You can also change the .ini file and do it the other way around but this is the way i did it, very easy.
