Oke the meaning of this topic is that everyone that plays the new Test Drive post in this tread. In the post u give your PC specs and your settings with your fps. If u dont use a FPS viewer just tell us how it runs always clean or somtiimes little slow...
So let me begin the tread. I have a old pc so it doesnt runs that good.. 
AMD XP 2800+ 2.0Ghz (OC: 2.5Ghz) 200mhz fsb
2x 512MB DDR400 Corshair Value Select
XFX Geforce 6600GT 500/1000 (OC: 555/1200)
Settings on video card everything on the lowest! High perfomance AA and AF off.
In game everything as low as possible!
FPS ingame 15/25 Sometimes it hits the 30 but its hardly play able...
Now u post how Test Drive runs..

High
FPS: 20~30
So low fps's, but for me, its good to play aswell ~.~

My rig:
P4 3.0 HT
2 gb ram ddr2
7900GT 256mb
Im running the game at 1280*1024, everything on high, aa 4x, it runs very smoothly with the occasional hiccup when encountering another racer on the street, but only the first time it appears, i believe its the game loading the vehicle the racer is using.

Game runs quite smooth apart from when another racer appears, then i get a little hickup.
apparently you can rename a few files in the \Test Drive Unlimited\Euro\Bnk folder to stop them loading up, such as birds and paper fx, the renaming may help with other files aswell...... dont know how much difference this game make to performance though....

get fraps. I'd recommend getting a cracked copy first, you install a demo of it you'll have to reformat your HD to get a full version working. Other wise it's a pain in the ass.

I have the same pc as you only with 1 gig ram.
My fps wirh fraps is 50+ sometimes 60. Most between 50 and 60.

which files correspond to respawning racers?
