Either O&O Defrag, Diskeeper or Perfect Disk. Those are the big guns of defragging.

So there's a spanish version of Vista? And the crack for Vista? And Office 2007?
I'll update the FAQ soon with this crack.

if i were to install vista on the same drive as XP, during the setup is there some sort of partition size editor? like in the XP setup....also, hows the dual boot work...like i said the last time i lost everything
if i were to install it and decide i dont want vista later...how might i get rid of it?

Installing royal.sys is an alternative step. Just run the oemtool.

Well looking at the readme. You install the oemtool OR install royal.sys which is the alternative and then reboot. I dont have a clue lol. I was only reiterating!

You travel to the dir of the crack (in CMD.exe), type slmgr.vbs -ilc <oemname>.xxx-xx and it will say success.

I just hope MS can't ban the serial... Is this the serial ASUS users actually use with their PCs? If it is, it's gonna be hard for MS to just ban the serial and hope for good.

You click start orb, type "cmd" without quotes. You'll see a Command Prompt link appear. Right click on it, select "Run as Admin" (or something alike). Now, let's assume you extracted the crack to c:\VistaCrack. Do the following in the command prompt that just appeared (<enter> means click on return key):
| Code: | c:<enter>
cd\<enter>
cd VistaCrack<enter>
cd certs<enter>
slmgr.vbs -ilc ASUS.xrm-ms<enter>
|
Now wait. A confirming message will appear.
Now do the following:
| Code: |
slmgr.vbs -ipk [SERIAL FROM pkeys.txt]<enter>
|
You'll get another confirmation message.
That's it.

I hope if MS does ban it a better crack has come out. but your right it might be hard for them to ban it. they might piss off alot of people in doing so.

The oemtool didnt work for me at first because of the admin priveledges required but if you disable uac in msconfig and run the oemtool as the administrator from the right click menu, it should work.

I don't think there's a third-party firewall for Vista yet. How about you use Google to verify my tought?
