hi. Me and a friend was playing GOW on co-op over live when suddenly i hear a sick sound and the screen freezes with artifacts all over it. Anyone know how to get rid of it or is the 360 doomed for ?

Haven't tried any other games btw

hmm xbox (360) is known for freezing.. ur machine is probably not broken

have never had my 360 freeze but what your describing sounds very much like a heat issue....had very similar issue on my pc when gfx card overheated due to faulty cooler....got temp down and everything was fine... try switching off the 360...check the vents arent blocked or full of dust...let it cool down...try again... good luck Smile
