I have an LG 4081B DVD burner and for some reason it has lost its ability to read DVD discs. It can read normal CD's, but not DVD's. I have tried with both burned DVD's and normal game DVD's, and neither work. I don't understand why it can still read normal CD's but not DVD's. I've tried re-installing the drivers but that didn't work. I've also tried updating the firmware, which didn't work either. Any ideas what might be wrong, or what i could try next?

Might be a good idea to try to see if it works on another machine (if possible).
