"Pin to start menu" is gone

i can't pin to start menu neither i can drag and drop there, it only shows recently used programs
how to recover it?
any ideas?

Its either virus or just the PC who think you spend to much time on the 360.

it was Xp black edition and apparently fag who build it removed this function,what an idiot Rolling Eyes

after you runned gpedit, on the left side you will see something like "administrative models" (sorry, i'm italian and tryin' just to help ya....)
there, try to find something like "start menu"...
and try to play with the settings there....
