Activate.Windows.Vista.Permanently-ISHY

Activate Windows Vista Permanently

Released by Ishy - 30th December 2006

It has not been long to wait for such a perfect release from the internet - a tool which gives you the ability to activate Windows
Vista and stop the really annoying feature - the time-bomb.

Up to this moment Microsoft have been ahead... until now. Many people used workarounds and tricks to bypass the activation process
or ways in delaying the time-bomb. This actually did work quite well - giving us the evaluation period between June and July
(something like that!). Although here we have the one patch and crack we have been waiting for - a new method which guarantees you will be
able to permanently stop the countdown timer (time to left to activate Windows Vista), therefore running the Vista OS in full
functionality mode forever.

To make this successful there are certain things that need to be in place and conditions met for this to work:

- You do not/have not enter/ed any key when you installed/will be installing Windows Vista
To do this:
1.) When prompted in the Windows Vista setup to enter a key - CLICK NEXT
2.) It will ask you to verify you do not want to enter a key - CLICK YES
3.) Select one of the versions you wish to install (any version will do), SELECT, CLICK NEXT
4.) Carry on the setup as usual
5.) Once installed do not try and activate Windows Vista - it will not work.

- Keep an open mind - the fact this may not work on your machine may take effect but it does have a 99% chance that it
will work on any Windows Vista machine.

TO APPLY THIS CRACK FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

1.) Install Windows Vista (any edition maybe installed), without a key (as described above).
2.) Click on Start Orb button.
3.) Select All Programs; then select Accessories.
4.) Right click on Command Prompt, then right click "Command Prompt and click "Run as Administrator".
5.) If User Account Control (UAC) prompts a warning message, click on Continue.
6.) In the command prompt, type date and press Enter. You will see the following:

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6000]
Copyright © 2006 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
C:\Windows\system32>date
Current date: 12/19/2006 Thursday
Enter new date:

7.) Enter 12/31/2099 (December 31, 2099), press enter (task should then complete)
8.) Next, type cscript slmgr.vbs -rearm. You will see something like the following:

C:\Windows\system32>cscript slmgr.vbs -rearm
Microsoft ® Windows script Host Version 5.7
Copyright © Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

The command completed successfully.

To make the patch and crack apply effectively, please restart the system.
9.) After restart, reset the date of the system to current date by typing "date" again in Command Prompt (follow steps 2-7, making
sure you put in the real/current date this time) You will see then the following:

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6000]
Copyright © 2006 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

C:\Windows\system32>date
Current date: 12/31/2099 Thursday
Enter new date:

10.) Type in current date, i.e. 12/19/2006.
11.) Exit from command prompt, but please do not restart the computer.

TIMEBOMB STOP CRACK:
12.) Execute or run the "Windows Vista Test Crack - ISHY.exe", by right clicking on "Windows Vista Test Crack - ISHY.exe",
and select "Run as Administrator".
15. Optional: Press in Test button, and it will pop up a message says 4 timers are stopped. At this time, the counter should be
freezed, Check with slmgr.vbs -dlv command, with the minutes left should be the same after a few minutes interval.
If this is the case, continue with the following steps to run the crack every startup.
16. In the Vista test crack window, click on Install button. You will be prompted with the "Service installed" message if
everything is done properly and correctly.

Note: At this point the crack will copy the patched stoptimer.sys to system folder and
install a new service named timerstop to stop kernel-mode timers in spsys.sys system file.

17. Exit from the crack, and restart the computer.
18. The hacking is basically done. Next few steps to verify that the activation grace period built-in countdown timer is
actually stopped and disable the timers from working properly, and make sure that the crack is installed properly.

After restart, log on to Windows Vista.

19. Once logged in press "Windows + R keys".
20. Type slmgr.vbs -dlv to check the time left to activate Windows Vista. If the time left is 43200 minutes that means
the crack has been successful and correctly applied.

Hope you all have success with this Smile

Any problems/suggestions please contact me via thehotfix.net forums or demonoid.com at "ishyfishydishy"

Thanks for all who made this release possible and many thanks are owed to Demonoid for continued tracker support and a great
online torrent search and host engine.

Please seed for the enjoyment of others - Thank you Smile

Enjoy!

Happy New Year to you all!

It is a stolen and maybe outdated crack from antiwpa, stick to the original one, the one mentioned in the faq.

Just tried to run it via DT, got the same error. I am not sure now if its the fact that I am installing it as the "custom setting" over an old installtion of windows or its just the image. I am getting the image from another source to make sure its not corrupt. Is it best just to go through the clean installation by booting from the CD?

So tried it with a new copy, rebooted from the CD. It goes into the vista setup screen and sits ther for about 3 mins. After that every light on my pc turns on and stays on. Ive tried leaving it like that for about 10 mins but nothing happens, it sounds like the pc is just idle also.

Despite having used the method in the FAQ I now got a warning today saying I have 24 days left to enter a cd key.

I entered slmgr.vbs /dlv to check and it still said "grace period Time remaining: 30 days"

So, there must be a separate check that somehow got activated? I only installed a few updates which were unconnected to anything related to that so what gives? The icon that said "X days left" also disappeared when I tried to click on it. Anyone have any clue?
