i havent seen that movie releaased. i know flags of our fathers is out already. is it because clint wants to enphasize flags and not letters? hasnt the buzz on letters said its better than flags?

The studio sent screeners for Iwo Jima, but a little bit late. It certainly has gotten better reviews than Flags, and is probably a better film (didn't care for Flags), but with no screener and only a limited release I haven't seen it yet. It did win a Golden Globe, but only for best foreign language film ... it may have a tough time winning an Oscar if a lot of voters missed it.
